Navigating through The Calendar

By day

You may move to a specific day by clicking the desired day on The Calendar grid (right).

By Month

You may move to a specific month using the arrow buttons on either side of the Month display. Clicking the left arrow decrements the month by 1. Clicking the right arrow increments the month by 1. Holding either arrow down will increment or decrement the month automatically at set intervals. This is called Spinning.

Another method is by selection. Clicking the Month display will drop down a list box of months. Selecting a month from the list box will move The Calendar to that month.

By Year

You may move to a specific year using the arrow buttons on either side of the Year display. Clicking the left arrow decrements the year by 1. Clicking the right arrow increments the year by 1. Holding either arrow down will increment or decrement the year automatically at set intervals. This is called 'Spinning'. In this case, the longer the arrow is held down, the more the spin speed will increase until it reaches maximum spin speed. This is called Accelerating Spinning. This feature is included because of the tremendous span of years available to you).

You may also move to a specific year by typing the desired year in the Year display/field and pressing the Enter key.

The Today Button

You can click the Today button in the upper right hand corner of The Calendar module to conveniently return to the current day's date.
